Job title: Associate ¬ Client Services (Customer Support 6 months’ contract)
Our Asia office is looking for a dynamic and results driven customer focus professional to join our team. This position provides an excellent opportunity for the individual to play an active role in growing our online trading business in Vietnam.
You will be executing strategic programs to engage clients to develop sustainable relationships and grow their personal wealth.
Responsibilities:
• Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on prospective clients.
• Be able to translate and write in Vietnamese to write trading news on our marketing sites & social media platform.
• Advise clients on account opening process and facilitate their account opening to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
• Be proficient in our products as well as kept up-to-date on general market conditions in order to engage clients over the phone/chat.
• Assist clients in account closings, account withdrawal and legal documentation preparation.
• Liaising with back office teams to ensure both timely and correct execution of customer payment orders.
• Involve in planning and execution of tradeshows/events & training courses to present our products and offerings.
• Continuously look for improvement opportunities to enhance the team’s performance and work efficiency.
• Organised & Conduct online webinars for clients.
Requirements:
• Ideally have tertiary education
• Minimum of 2 years of customer services/sales/marketing experience within the financial services industry is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of Global Economy and financial products.
• Strong Organisational and Analytical Skills with good command of Power-Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
• In-depth knowledge of international online Payments Gateway eg. Skrill / Neteller etc
• Flexible working attitude
• Result driven and good persuasive skills
• Team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
