Vào thời điểm hiện tại của sáng nay theo giờ Việt Nam, tức là đêm ngày 28/02 theo giờ Mỹ, chúng ta đang có bài phát biểu trước Quốc hội Mỹ đầu tiên kể từ khi nhậm chức Tông thống của ông Donald Trump. Các vấn đề được ông đề cập sẽ xoay quanh chính sách nhập cư, kế hoạch tiêu diệt IS và thay đổi chính sách thuế.

Anh em cũng biết ông Trump thuộc dạng "mạnh miệng" nên có thể sẽ có biến động lớn xảy ra trên thị trường, nếu ông này phát biểu điều gì đó bất ngờ

House Speaker Paul Ryan’s team says Trump’s section on tax policy sounds close to the so-called border adjustment tax that House Republicans are backing. He didn’t specifically endorse it but he did note the U.S. charges foreign companies “almost nothing” when they ship products to the U.S.

I must have zoned out during the part where Trump explained how he was going to pay for his health care plan.

Trump is getting more detailed on Obamacare replacement than some thought he would. He says:
Keep access to coverage for those with pre-existing conditions.
Help Americans buy coverage through tax credits and expanded health savings accounts.
Allow Americans to buy insurance across state lines.
